I'm really picky about my pho, but this has become a new favorite! The soup is very rich and flavorful, the portion of meat is good (they don't skimp out!), and the noodles were a great texture. I would definitely order again.

Usually get just sushi, went with the Alaskan which was delicious! Itried the C1. Com Suon Hoac Thit Nương Bí Trung Chiến, it was amazing! The pork was nice and crisp, the eggs were enormous, the cucumber salad was fresh and tasty! The Passion Fruit juice was new to me, make sure you stir it before drinking!

Man, that's the best pho I've had in a long time! The broth came hot enough to cook the beef, and it was sooo flavorful. Got the large, and even though I was bursting at the seams, I finished it and still wanted more because it was that good LOL
